Site preparation is required prior to shipping and installing your new cross-docking station. Generally, the property owner or management will assure site preparation is completed and approved by all concerned parties. However, if requested, The Yard Ramp Guy will take the lead on vetting, coordinating and hiring the necessary vendors for preparing the site on behalf of the property owner.
At the very least, The Yard Ramp Guy will participate in planning conversations to assure the site is properly prepared.
